In October 2022, the Lakeland team took on the renovation of a dilapidated home in downtown Lansing, Michigan.

Originally built in 1855, the house stood empty for 15 years. Our task was to convert this structure into three separate apartment units. We took great care to preserve and respect the rich history of the home, paying homage to the original Victorian style while marrying in modern fixtures, appliances and design.

This project was completed in the spring of 2023.
